The sensor (thermistor) circuit can be checked for continuity / resistance,
not for power. I wrote a seat heater troubleshooting guide on Huw's site a
few years ago. Don't remember the details though. The resistance of the
thermistor changes as seat temp changes. You will get no current to the seat
heater coils if this circuit is no good.
