I did both my 5kt and 200q at the same time three
winters ago. (I think) Anyway, the procedure and
parts were nearly identical. You have to take the
whole box out and take it apart. They say the hardest
part is getting all the flaps aligned and show a
special tool. I made one out of thin cardstock. (Like
from a giftbox) I used rope caulk (like $2. at home
stores) to seal the box halves and self stick closed
cell foam tape for the flap seals and to seal the box
to the firewall. I got the best closed cell foam tape
they had. It was about $9 for the roll and was plenty
for both. I also used contact cement(you can get a
small bottle with a brush on the cap) to augment the
self stick as it wasn't quite self sticky enough. No
problems with water or cold air leaks...yet.
