Hydraulic Leak

Guess it is my turn - search for "volcano" in the archives.

I just went through this with my 5k - basically, the pump is
sucking air, which pressurizes the return line to the reservoir,
which in turn foams/cavitates/makes Pentosin come out the cap.
It seems that resealing the pump or replacing the pump is the
only option; it can get pretty bad, IME(two pumps in a short
period of time) - from slight leakage to a nice sheen of P on
the underside of the hood.

I'd guess that sealing the cap is going to force it to find a
different way out. Not sure what'll happen. Resealing the
pump is fairly easy, and the P/N can probably be found in the
archives.

Iain(give me a week, will be able to offer tips on what to do
if you blew off fusing your radiator fan in a 44....)
