[V8] v8 cooling questions

There's an 80-amp fuse in a black square plastic box at the front of the
hydraulic reservoir for the power steering/braking system. This fuse
frequently blows from age as much as anything else. It may LOOK good in
place, but be broken if you loosen the screws holding it into the box. On
my V8, I had to take the box off its mounting to take out the screws
holding the fuse because the box cover wouldn't open enough to permit the
screwdriver access required to change the fuse.
