I believe that is called sophistry...
I know this is way the heck off topic, but Phil *is* right.
No open containers allowed in public in most places in the USA, firearms
*are* legal to carry, and in many cases carry concealed. so ya gotta
have a permit, big deal.
And blaming the laws on another country... this has been a democracy for
occasional periods of its 230 odd year history, how those laws haven't
been changed by now if they're so silly?
