one other input shared between the two computers: potentiometer.  It isn't
clear from the diagram since it just shows a direct connection between the
fuel and ignition ECUs, but the ignition ECU uses the potentiometer to
advance the ignition a tad under certain conditions to improve performance
(and possibly retard under others).
