I propose that, henceforth, all Type 44 listers should give the "Type
44" salute when approaching another vehicle.

This is the smart slap on top of the instrument binnacle used to
temporarily stop the bouncing speedo needle.

Any lister spotting a "Type 44 salute" is to return it in the same
manner.
