Reminds me of one Saturday last summer. I was working on my mother's car in
my driveway when a youngish lad called at the house next door. Vauxhall
Nova, big wheels, big exhaust, bright colour, single wiper etc - full
'MaxPower' setup.

Chatted to my neighbour and the lad for a couple of minutes and then I
unfortunately let my weird sense of humour get the better of me and I made a
weak joke at the expense of his car.

He then boasted that it would top 130 and out run my car (looking at the
Metro), so with what my neighbour later referred to as 'the most evil grin
ever' I opened my garage door.....
