Light adaptors

I've got a line on a set of used Euro H4 lenses for my CGT. It has DOT lenses now and uses pathetic 9004 (I think that number is right) bulbs. Is anyone aware of any plug in 9004 to H4 adaptors or wiring harnesses that have a 9004 input but H4 output? I'd rather not have to cut any wires...
