Mine aren't.  I report the expected usage and get rates adjusted
accordingly.  Only difference is that the insurance company has no
recourse if I lie to them about my usage.

And I'd happily pay a bit more to cover the guys that lie rather than have
a microsoft-like spy box in my trunk. Ick.
