e-brake question

Is that with disassembly, or just cleaning the exposed
part of the shaft? If you take them apart and nothing
is badly corroded/rusted, thorough cleaning and lube
(I used Mobil 1 Synth. grease) lasts quite a while. 2
yrs. and counting.
