dave, i just changed the rear end fluid in my 5000CSq, and had the same
problem the fill plug would come out fine and the drains were stuck, i
reefed and reefed on the drains, being a 300lb+ plus 6 foot 4 guy i can
safely say i did some serious reefing, and after being about to the pumping
point, i said what the hell, and tightened it a little, and IT MOVED! and
from then on out it came out fine. I had to tighten all four drain plugs
(diff and trans) to get them out, not one would move without first
tightening it, so give tightening a try and see what happens.
