part identification help please

Embarrassingly, I have found an Audi piece in my driveway....and I don't
remember taking it off.  Can anyone look up a part # and tell me what it is?

also has WFJ 02 4044 16

It is some sort of rubber bushing. Rectangular with a whole in the middle.
Size is about 2" wide by 3" long and 3/4" thick.  One side is flat and the
other has a recess.  I'm thinking perhaps something to do with the shocks
(bump stop) because I replaced them last fall.
