There is also a movement afoot to use this to stop police chases, by merely
disabling the vehicle. Sounds good till you remember that what the good guys
have and use soon pops up in the criminal sector.
I for one don't like the idea of my wife driving alone in a vehicle that some
ner-do-well can "disable."
