Info on Audi LeMans pit action, video?

I don't have tapes of the entire 24h, but I did tape the highlight
2hr. condensed version.

Unfortunately, I don't have duplication facilities. If someone wants
a copy, they'll have to come up with a couple editing-quality decks
locally.

Yes, actually it was only ~6 minutes that it took the Joest team to
change the R8 rear assembly (which included transaxle, suspension,
brakes, etc.) in the 2000 Le Mans 24 Hours. That was timed, and
commented on by Sam Posey, by the Speedvision telecast crew. That was
the time it took from rolling the car from the pit lane to the garage
and back out again. Add the typical time for fuel, tires, and driver
change and total time off course is likely closer to 8 minutes (or
more).

As far as finding tape of this, good luck. I seriously doubt you'll get
much help from the now Fox owned Speed Channel. Your best bet is to post
you desire in various sportscar forums to see if someone has a copy of
the race on tape they can copy for you. I would suggest you start with
the www.imsaracing.net talk forum and go from there.
