A6 vs URQ performance?

The S6 is now available in the US, but only as an Avant and only
with Tiptronic.  The engine is the same as the 4.2 V8 mill in the
S8 except rated 20hp less at 340hp.  There is some speculation
that the car actually makes the same hp as the S8, it is only spec'ed
lower so it doesn't steal too much luster from the S8.
