EFI systems?

Ok, I'm debating on a couple things...but my current research has pointed me
towards EFI.  Anyone do EFI on a 1.8T or something similair?  If so, would
you mind chewing the fat with me...pros/cons, setup, reliability, which
system to go for, etc.
