Ignition switch? problem

       Tonight when I left work my '90 100 wouldn't start, or even try. The
dash lights came on, the headlights worked and the horn blew. Turning the key
all the way to the right had no effect, not even a lick from the solenoid.
When I pulled the key, the dash lights and indicator lights stayed on. I
assume there is a problem with the switch, any ideas? I have the Bentley
manual for '84 to '88, is there any difference in the procedure to change the
switch from a 5K, except for the different dash arrangement? Looks like I'll
be driving my '86 5KTQ for a day or so. I did remember to disconnect the
battery.
