[urq] Dash & heater core swap

I know it's not a 4KQ (tho mine did work when I sold it in '96), but my
'85 GTi's A/C still seems to work. And, in the interest of environmental
kindness to us all (and also in the interest in legality), have an A/C
shop evac the system, set up some form of promisary note to give you
credit for the R12 recovered, then do the heater core. When you go for
the A/C refill, you'll have to pay substantially less to have it
refilled, as you should have credit for the poundage of Freon you had
them recover before you heater core job.
