4kq shifter linkage rebuild

Actually the Blau short shift kit is only a single ball spacer that goes
between the upper and lower ball halves of the shifter assembly.  I got
a scanned image of the schematic awhile back thanks to a lister if
anyone is interested.

Considerin that I *think* the blau kit includes a part you wouldl likely
replace when rebuilding the linkage, you might want to install it with
the rebuild rather than after.
