List 'Lurker' Needs Help from California Folks!

I've never bought anything on E Bay that cost over $75 and I've never read
the fine print on the PayPal contract but if you have problems like that with
a credit card, won't the credit card company or their insurance policy help
you out?  Using a check or cash certainly limits your options.
