WRX vs 1.8TQ

A friend of mine has a 2001 Legacy GT. It's actually rather refined,
though not to new Audi levels. The Impreza series is not in the same
league though. The paint issue also seems to be more of an Impreza issue
than the larger cars. Don't know why....
