Hmm, could be. I was only looking at neuS4's at the
dealer as I would *never* buy one of those without a
warranty!! They have some known problems and are very
expensive to fix if you have to foot the bill.
I bought my 97 A4 1.8TQ from a dealer for that express
reason. I could've bought one from a private party
for less, but the fact that I've claimed over $2000 on
the warranty so far makes me happy that I didn't.
The last thing you want to have to do after you plunk
down $26k for a car is bend over an pay $2000 for a
turbo replacement... Seems like that happens to quite
a few of the right side turbos on the '00 S4's...
