Is it possible that one or more of your tires are flat spotted?

After a recent spin during a track event, I noticed something very similar.
"When in spin" I had "both feet in" so I suppose it is possible I flat

when 2 or more of the flat spots are at the same point of rotation.

possibility. Could such a spin somehow damage an old tie rod, thereby
causing this type of problem?

Thanks,
Chris
