Damn! Forgot to put washers on head bolts! Need some advice.

Are you sure? All the OEM head bolts I've seen have
the washers on there in a way that they can't be taken
off. If not then I'd spend the money and replace
them. You don't want to risk them stretching, plus it
will let you sleep better at night.
