On my GTi, my city lights work with the P-lights, as do my fogs. In NYS,
it's not legal, but it has proven very useful in snow and fog.
Unfortunately couldn't pull that off in my 84 4KQ, (no city lights
availible in my 4 x 6 Bosch H4's) and since I haven't the dough, I still
have DOT in my 200Q.
