Bar reading at .3

With engine off, power on, it should read 1.0 bar at sea level, maybe
down to .9 bar at high elevations. It is an absolute air pressure gauge.
Mine tends to read about 0.5 -0.6 bar cruising at a steady velocity of
say 62 MPH (100 kph) on flat ground. Coasting down a steep hill may get
it down to 0.2 to occasional 0.0, full boost stock was 1.4 bar (assuming
a 10VT of MB, MCx). 20VT get up to 1.8 bar stock. Either the manifold
line to the ECU is disconnected or leaking (which also means the ECU
should also be throwing codes everytime you get on the gas) or the ECU
may be failing.
