if it is relatively rust and dent free, and runs well, it's a good
deal. Plan to throw some money at the suspension, to get the most out
of it (some rubber parts are bound to be tired).
All it shares with your 200 is "that feel," and a similar 5 cyl engine
block.
If it has the 2 piece intake manifold with the "Audi" logo on it, it has
a 2.3 engine which is nice (and rear disc brakes, which are a pita!).
Bu the 2.2 it probably has is a fine hunk of iron too.

that's about when the odometers usually break the first time... not that
mileage matters much on these cars!
