Where to find door handle & outside mirror fix in Bentley

Section 66.6 covers the exterior mirror replacement.

I don't recall ever seeing a description of door handle removal in that
Bentley (probably haven't looked in the proper obscure reference part
yet).  As I recall, you need to pry out the trim piece in the handle to
gain access to the screw.  You may have to pop out the rubber plug on the
end of the door and loosen a screw in there too.
