They no longer stock the soundgate; you have to order it directly
from Soundgate(in which case they will not warrantee/guarantee it) or
get it through an "approved" shop, and they will warrantee it(which
is laughable, because the shop I used took 10 minutes just to read
the directions; their staff was -obviously- not trained in its
installation etc.)
The shop will also tack on a healthy profit on the adapter...
