Replace IM bolts with studs?

I agree with Marc, no need making your intake manifold harder to take off for
a problem that rarely, if ever occurs!  The only reason the IM bolt would
strip is due to lack of care on the part of the person installing the bolt
and cross threading it, or not properly seating the allen tool in the top of
the bolt.

Also, considering how much material there is around the IM holes, you
wouldn't be able to make the holes big enough to make installing if over
studs any easier.
