Can we please talk about A6 t-belt replacement intervals again???

I had heard 60K for the 12V (which I used to own) and 90K for the
30V (which I own now). I did my 12V at 75K because the water pump
chirped and dribbled. My mechanic had said 90K was sufficient, and
all he does is Audis/VWs. So it may well be that Audi has backed
off to 90K "officially" for even the 12Vs.

But, as has been pointed out, these are interference engines. The
pnalty for guessing wrong is pretty high.

They are actually "IN1" and "IN2", which means service interval 1
(30K) and service interval 2 (60K) are due.
