Crap? Are you just refering to the winter handling, or in general? I thought
BFG T T/A was a pretty good tire?!?

There was some discussion about fitting chains to newer German cars, and the
fit under the fenders a few days ago. Based on that discussion, you may have
a problem mounting the taller tires... As you know, if you go wider, you
also must go with a lower profile to maintain the same height - and
therefore speedo and odo readings! The taller tire, in addition to making
your instruments wrong - may not fit the height of the wheelwell...
