Impex car parts?

I have one or two experiences with Impex, both of which are positive.

I posted to either here or perhaps the alt.autos.audi newsgroup a few years
back, mentioning that my Bosch plug wires were bad or damaged.

I received an email from John Simick at Impex, offering to send me out some
replacement Bosch wires (free) under the warranty.  I didn't even buy the
original wires from him, which he knew.  I can't recall if I sent him back the
old wires, I don't think I did but I may have.

I thought that was a great customer service move on his part.  I think I have
ordered from him once since then, and I would recommend him/Impex to other
people.  As a matter of course, I tend to order from Rod at TPC, since he's
close enough that it usually gets to me in a couple days.  I would order from
Impex again without hesitation.
