"many new parts" -- what old Audi doesn't have
many new parts? What it doesn't say, but we know
better, is that it probably needs many more.

If the engine is shot, will a 4.2 L fit without
a lot of trouble (ECU, etc.)?

I'd better stop now before I talk myself into it.
