Fan stays on

Hi Anthony,

I had this happen on my '87 5kCSQ 9 years ago. As it turned out the
relay that controls this fan melted its housing and held the points
shut. By the time I got out of the dentist's office the battery was
dead. One replacement relay later and all has been well for the past 9
years. I do not know if the set-up is the same on the 4k, so...YMMV.
