[V8] V8Q v. 200 TQ brakes

The G60's worked fine on the 5K cars. The 200 cars are heavier and the
G60's probably are at their max. The V8's are heavier yet, and the G60's
are appropriate only if you expect to remain WITHIN legal speed limits in
the US of Slow.
