Elgin can grind you a cam appropriate for this application. A helper cam -=
I think 264intake, 264 exhaust, might be appropriate if using stock exhaus=
t=2E If going for upgraded exhaust, a 270 grind will do it with little if =
andy low end sacrifice. Costs around $160 and patience. You'll need to dig=
 up a solid lifter cam.

Just picked up a nice 55k mi 1990 100 in perfect shape for a song. Just one
problem... it can't get out of its own way! The car is running perfectly it
is just that the stock 130 horses can't pull the car. My 90 with this engi=
ne
did fine with it's lighter weight but this thing is slow! Does anyone have
any simple power solutions for this engine? I would be very willing to
sacrifice econ for drivability. Looking for any suggestions short of nitro
or an engine swap. Thanks
