Ross-Tech VAG-COM

Well the positive response I have received about the Ross-Tech software has
been overwhelming. Not only positive about the product but also the customer
service and the people behind the product. So I will be purchasing the
software and necessary cables for my cars.
A personal note about their customer service. I sent a e-mail via their
website with a question yesterday at 12:46 PM and received an answer from
Linda Ross to my question at 1:12 PM.  WOW,  26 minutes is the fastest
response to any website question I have ever received. I usually figure they
did pretty good if a get a response the next day.
