Door Lock Broken! Any btdts?

Came home and unloaded some cargo from the passengert side of my CQ tonite -
shut and went to lock the door. It would actuate towards the "unlock"
direction (clockwise) but wouldn't turn counterclockwise more than about 5
degrees. Went to the driver's side and locked it, got the courtesy beep
from the alarm. Checked the passenger side - still remained unlocked -
opened it - no alarm.
unlocking from the passenger side resulted in the unlocking of the whole
car. I thought maybe it was just sticky - it had happened in the past and
applied not much more than standard key-turning pressure and POP! something
snapped. It's of course 10:30 at night so I can't really dig into it. I
guess I'll see what is up after work tomorrow.
Any BTDTs with this stuff? Never had to work on a door lock system before.
Also - if the cylinder should need replacement, any chance of getting one
keyed to my key?
Ach stupid Audis - if it's not one thing it's another! And of course
there's the pocketbook question (how big a dent)

Good night all! Hopefully someone has an idea for me although I think I'll
be able to fix it w/o too much fuss.
