qlcc?

If I wanted to do the easy thing I'd just buy back my old 400ci Grand
Prix, but I guess I've been spoiled by 20+mpg on the highway. And the
ability to turn.
Anyway, despite knowing that a 7.8:1 CR is a major liability, there
must be some way to improve it. I don't drag race and I don't need
300hp (yet). But I would like to see 1.3 bar before I have to shift
into 2nd.
If the qlcc upgrade works by allowing only at the high end, then I'll
need to work on the hardware first, chips later. Just trying to
figure this all out.
