4kq alignment. 7:30 am. Sears.

I have found it appropriate to tip up front to the hands-on person.  It
seems to "encourage" closer attention to detail, as opposed to surprising
the person after the work is done.  Sure, you risk the potential bad job
anyway, but the more likely outcome is the better job.  IMHO.
