I think one of the biggest things that plagues audi owners is brake
problems due to inadequate maintenance. A tech session that goes
over how to do yearly maintenance on all the major caliper types, but
in particular the rear calipers, would I think be enormously helpful.
I volunteer my 200q20v for a demo, since the driver's side rear is
sticking :-) A 5000 should probably go under the knife too, since
both caliper(front and rear) on the 200q20v and V8 are unique to the
V8q and 200q20v(save G60 conversions.)
I may decide to do BIRA this spring, in which case, maybe people can
get a demo of what is involved...but that's very much up in the air
for financial reasons.
I can think up a list of tips+tricks I've found over the years; if
others who would come do the same, we could easily fill several
hours, probably an entire day, of people picking up tips from other
owners.
Sean, if you or Eli want help organizing, let me know. I've got
plenty of time on my hands as of late.
