S4 missing - deal killer?

Just buy it, that's a really low mileage car for the
year.  I've had my eye on them in the Denver area and
you can get them for that price, but they have 150k on
them.  I've driven both and the V8 really didn't
impress me.  The S4 on the other hand with a chip is a
completly different beast.  Even at $11,500 I think
it's a steal if you can't get him at $11k.  Where's it
at? :)
