this is totally irrelevant to the purposes of this thread, but the ole'
80-83 type 43 5000 turbo used the dist. as the ignition reference, in
fact the car used the same CIS and ignition as the n/a engines of that
era, that I have seen (IE what I ripped out of my '82 coupe...)
