Cable from heat flap motor - how to disconnect?

All,
I got back to the heat flap motor/potentiometer job on my 90q20v today. The
final thing I need to do is actually remove the motor. The problem is the 5
wire cable from it appears to run up over the heater to a block connector on
the driver's side. This connector appears to be a solid piece of plastic
with other connections in it as well. Bently says disconnect the 5 wire
connector at this point but it doesn't seem possible being that it has more
then just the 5 wires.
On the motor/potentiometer end the wires run into the enclosure with no
obvious connector. Anyone have some suggestions?
Anton
