Some paintwork cleaner(I like Pinnacle) followed by a good
glaze(Omega glaze by one grand is very nice) and then a good paste
wax(take your pick) will help enormously, unless the paint is
bleached/oxidized.  You should start out going over the entire hood
with a cloth(100% cotton only)+the cleaner and then use a foam pad to
do a second round to eliminate swirly marks.  Apply glaze+wax
w/sponge only.

While I'm writing the message, does anyone know what the 'preferred'
brand of belt is?  My belts are squealing quite obnoxiously and
probably long overdue...I could swear I remember someone saying that
non-preferred-brand/kind belts squeal...
