power seat retro fit 86 Avant

  Tom,

  I did this in my 87 5ksq with manual grey cloth
 I got the mounting tabs from Chris Semple you'll need
them to mount the power seats they'll have to be
welded to both sides of the arch that the manual track
is on
 the rear slides on to the tracks in you're car just
have to get the center manual track in the middle cut
and ground down so there's clearance for the seat to
slide.
 All so got the complete seat wiring from Chris just
connected to seat and ran the wires to the fuse box
under the hood and made some ground connections even
hooked up the memory,
 wiring diagrams are pretty easy to fallow in the
Bentley just now the year of the car the wiring will
come out of they might change color wiring from year
to year.
 All in all it really didn't cost that much the gain
out weighs the monitory loss now I have power leather
sport seats all so converted to the 10 speaker system
mine had no speakers on the doors again just got the
wiring to connect everything just as the factory would
have took a while to take things apart to rout wires
but it was well worth it.
