Yes, the switch back there probably has a "local ground" as well to
worry about.  Check the brown wire at the switch to see if it is
grounded properly, it may be broken in the door jamb or corroded where
it mounts to the chassis.

Also, try swapping a pair of your other switches into both positions for
that window just to be sure.
