Bad ground?  You may be getting juice to the door
during your test, but if there is no connection to
ground (broken wire?), the juice has no way to get
to the window motor.  And I've found through the list
that the ground wire, which is switchable (that's how
the switch makes the window go up and done), may in
fact be broken in another door (driver's?).
